industry, but we make up for it with great customer service. Established over 65 years ago and located in
Shakopee, MN (20 minutes southwest of Minneapolis), Charnstrom’s 30,000 square
foot facility serves the nation with many high-quality niche’ office products. With that said, the heart of the company is
its dedicated employees and their strong commitment to taking great care of our
customers.
Many
of our employees have been with Charnstrom for 10, 15, even 20 or more
years. With hundreds of products,
experience is important for providing the right solution. Every customer’s issue is important to
us. We want to help them solve their office
organizing and mail handling needs. For the large (or small) project, we will supply photos or CAD drawing so the customer knows
exactly what they are getting. We listen intently to understand before we
present a solution. Once we identify the
right solution, we quote it with freight and installation as needed. Most orders ship in 2 days. Our small size allows us to focus and
efficiently manage the needs of our many clients. We strive to exceed customer expectations so
they will keep coming back.
